Wire Harness

Greetings Everyone....
I have been been buying wrecked Supras for the last couple of years, and I am planning to remove the harness under the dash of an 86.5 N/A. I will replace it with one from an 88 GTE. Should be "Plug & Play" right? Also, why is the 87-88 AEM engine mgt/computer $500 bucks cheaper than the 89+ computer?

Swapping the dash harness or the main harness? Both harnesses will be a plug and play. The only issue you may run into will be the theft deterent box if swapping the main harness. The early connector/control unit is not compatible with the newer.
