WILL THE STOCK FEULPUMP FROM A 7MGTE ON A 1JZ BE ENOUGH?? PROBLEM???

I have a problem.

I have build a 1jz in a supra mkiii whith a auto tranny.
I am using a suprastick manual on the steeringwheel so i can shift when i want.
Butt it will not run further then 4000RPM.enigne stumbels around 4000rpm.

What will be the problem?the pump not delivering not enough feul??

somebody other idea's??
