Background, replaced radiator, and both hoses semi recently.
Realized today, *sunday* that hose # 87254a was leaking so i replaced it with heater hose from kragen as a temp fix.
clamped it down, started it up, let it warm up, noticed no leak, drove it, boosted it, and then the low coolant light came on
realized i was still dripping coolant all down the street.
my questions:
- i dont wanna leave the heater hose in place of the water hose, but a part # lookup for 87254a yielded no results on champion toyota, is there a silicon replacement available?
- what else could be leaking coolant?
