I just paypalled a guy for a pair of rims off ebay. Supra 87+ is listed as vehicles that they will fit. However the offset is listed as +48? Is that going to work...someone on here said that the offset is +45?

Stock offset is +37 or 38

With +45, if it's not a wide wheel, like 9 inches or wider, the wheels will be moved too far inside the wheel well and it will not drive too good. Will look terrible too

They are 17x7 with 225/45's on it. Is there a way to space the wheels so that they are moved outwards....i dont even know what offset is referring to.

I believe that they are actually +38 offset really instead of 48. A guy (i think its same guy) listed the same rims with the same pics with the same exact specs as the ones i bought exept he listed +38 instead of +48. if somehow it is really +38 (dont think they are but...) can i use wheel spacers?

It could be to different rims he is selling. Alot of people use the same pics for alot of different sizes. Be careful!!!
