Whats the correct flexplate shim/spacer order?

The manual only says note the orientation of the parts... well its been a while since I took it off and I cant remember how it was assembled.

So whats the correct order?

Ground spacer first, with chamfer towards crank.
The flex plate.
The stamped piece, lip out, away from flex plate.
Then bolts.
Don't forget to clean the holes with something like brake clean, and LocTite the bolts.
