what oil do you guys run in your 7M during winter time and in general, weight/brand just curious, thanks guys

Whatever conventional name brand oil is on sale at Wal-Mart or K-Mart, 10W-30. And it gets change around 6 months, sometimes once a year if I don't drive it much, like now.
Whatever I feel like at the time....Typically i run 15w40 in summer and 10w30 in winter. Castrol GTX most of the time. No synth.
