It looks like one of those turbos you need to buy a v-band flange for and have it welded on..... Its a no-flange right now.....:)

you get the vband flange,get it pressed and welded in and you are good to go. ive seen these around more and more but not sure why

That rear housing is a diesel design that uses a down pipe that bolts to the exhaust manifold or the exhaust housing of the turbo. It uses a gasket of sorts to seal the DP to the turbo.

The best "fix" is as stated - get a DP flange and have it welded in.

i may be wrong and someone will let me know but i'm pretty sure that last pics in the last thread you posted a link to is a V-band
