I've read too many variations to proceed. Please, accuracy is important and any help is appreciated.

Camshaft caps: 14 ft lbs.
oil pump: 16 ft lbs.
harmonic balancer:195 ft lbs.
I can't seem to find torque specs for the water pump,I'll keep looking.These are directly from my TSRM.

toy fanatic78's specs are for a 7M I think. I assume you're looking for JZ values.

You didn't specify 1JZ or 2JZ, so here are the 2JZ values, I'd be surprised if the 1JZ is different.

Cam Caps: 14 ft/lbs.
Oil Pump: 15 ft/lbs.
Harmonic Balancer: 239 ft/lbs.
Water Pump: 15 ft/lbs.

O.k.,I looked in my TSRM for the cressida,it's a 5M,but the water pump/bolts are the same.
small bolts: 9+/- 2 ft lbs.
large bolts 13+/-3 ft lbs.
Hope this helps.Post if you have any questions.
(I find it weird that my older TSRM's have a +/- ,while the newer ones have a dead set torque value )

Oh shit,good call Jeff.Didn't even cross my mind that he was a JZ.Sorry,tried to help.:dunno:Just realized this was in the "other engine" area.
Crazy how much higher torque value is for the balancer.

No, that about sums it up. I think that we should sticky all required torque values when they've been compiled and verified though, it would make life a lot easier...
