What fluids to use?

Hello,

I've been trying to do research and can't find too many answers for what I'm looking for. I would like to change trans and rear end fluid soon and wanted to get a general idea of what my best bet is. IE for example In my 02 Eclipse i use to run 2/3's BG Syncromesh and 1/3 Redline MTL 90. I've discovered so far the Syncromesh tranny fluids are not good on the N/A and Turbo 5 speeds. What are most people runing on the forums? Track car? Daily driver? I'm looking to appeal to the Daily Driver/weekend warrior tactic. So whatevers best is probably the way I want to go. Also for rear end, any suggestions?

This thread starts up as an instructional on how to refill the Tranny but then goes into a discussion about all the different kinds of oil and which ones are the best for what. I read all 4 pages and it was totally worth it.
