i found a set of these rims for 300 bux they have 225 40 17's on them i can probably trade the guy out of them for almost nothing. i just wanted you guy's opinion. good or bad...

better than sawblades!!!!!! They look ok to me...wouldnt be my personal choice but for the price what the hell.

Ps I used to live in candler....miss it so much!

I'm not a fan but if you like them go for it and also like he said "there better than saw blades"

Now that I think about it what was toyota thinking puting sawblads and a sports cars I mean they look like hub caps in a way.I wonder what the other drawings were for the other wheels or were there no other ideas because they were set on sawblads

It's what was popular, and perceived as "cool and stylish" at the time (mid-80's)...I don't think they look so bad.

And to the original poster: I don't really think those wheels compliment the MK3's styling...they look a bit like an onion blossom to me, curvy wheels + angular car don't mix.

Just my opinion of course.

ok. so far thats a not really... lol thats cool they will work for now and i plan on repainting the bronze black. these look almost just like the adr cyrax wheels i had on my other supra. keep em coming.
heres the adr i had on my supre before... they are now on my wifes camry.

I am feeling no love for this wheel design. As stated it doesnt fit with our body style. May look good on a MK IV however.

Actually the sawblades look fairly good when you compare them to what other cars had at the times. I still much prefer the 5 spoke look the later models had.

It could have been a collaboration. Thats why I didn't mention any names. But I actually do like the "eyelids".
