What could cause Shaking?

Now that i am getting back into fixing up my baby i am running into somethings that i am haing issued trouble shooting on my own. One of them being the shaking while at idle. It feels like a muscle car with a huge cam in it.

A little back ground, I am running an MAFT with a 3.5" MAF stock turbo Lucas 550CC injectors a 3mm head gasket. I have tried checking the motor mounts but it doesn't appear that there is anything wrong with them.

Anyone have other ideas on what else to check or look at or does anyone have a good way to check the motor mounts?

whats the vac reading? sparkplug/wires condition? Codes? Do you have a wideband?
Can you hear the exhaust note POP? ANY loose plugs, injector clips or anything of that sort?

Haven't had a chance to do a vac reading yet, spark plugs and wires are eliminated, i have 2 sets of wires both brand new and neither makes change, plugs look fine and they are fairly new also. No wideband :-( YET, no popping etc from the exhaust it actualy sounds great! i checked for loose clips etc... with everything in tact have not torn things apart to check for looseness. I have messed with the settings on the MAFT and that helps a very little. I have also messed with the timing which did nuthing.

I really don't remember, it's been over a year since i have messed with it, i will have to check. I will see if i can get some decent video also, it may not be till next mid to late this week though.

So my friend whos shop my car is at desided to leave town for the weekend so i am unable to get the video, but i will try and get it early next week when he gets back!
