Just curious, whenever i'm driving and i get on it a little bit, it goes through 1st and 2nd fine. Then when it shifts into 3rd(around 40-50ish) about 3,500-4000 it sounds like i have a stick(which i have an auto) and my clutch is slipping and drops about 400 rpm then continues to rise. If i have to i will post a video.

i havn't checked recently, which i will tomorrow.

Level is ok, about 2 weeks ago and it has been doing it since i've had the car.

NO metal! Thank god.

And i'm manually shifting each gear, i guess to show that it was in third gear with OD off, though if i punch it with OD on it still slips in third ,just at higher rpm.
Also if i keep it in drive and let it go through the gears it Still slips in 3rd.

the tranny only has 60,000 on it, with fresh fluid when i rebuilt engine at 50,000.

vid, sorry about the accent...i'm from the south...

maybe the band needs to be adjusted? I know you can adjust them in some cars by just pulling the pan but im not sure if you can in the supra, Might just be worn? Are you properly checking the fluid level according to the tsrm?
