weird law question

i was just sitting here reading posts and a stupid car was driving down the main street in front of my apartment with his horn blasting... idk if its the same car but every day it seems that there is always one car that will do this... is there any laws against people doing this? i would assume its the same if you had the music up too loud?

im not sure but it might be breaking noise restrictions. Like in california ourexhaust needs to be under like 86db for it to be leaal or 96 im not sure.

Classic case of being a tard.
My neighbors do this whenever they leave, but I hope it's only to appease their youngest child at 2 years old, I really don't feel like saying anything to them because they're really nice people and it's only a slight annoyance.

Fargo has an 11pm noise ordinance. Cant do a thing about horns, music mufflers ect until after 11pm. It is then disturbing the peace. The car would have to be parked out in front of your house though, or driving by over and over. But then this is ND our laws may be different, In ND its still leagal to shoot an Indian from a covered wagon.

Yes its a crime... and the punishment is you installing a horn that screams "I am a homo!" on their car.

They'll stop laying on the horn, trust me.
