So I had a problem with my clutch, it felt like it was slipping. Brand new Action 6 puck clutch btw. So I took it out of storage for the day, and put it on the hoist to have a look around, see what I could see. The only 2 things I could come up with, was there was alot of clutch dust inside the bellhousing, and the rubber boot on my slave cylinder was all bunched up at the the base, not stretched out to the end of the pushing rod that meets up with the clutch fork. (forgive my terminology, im trying to describe this the best i can)
So, I put the boot back to where it should be, and took and air hose and sprayed out the bellhousing the best I could. Now im noticing that when I shift hard into 4th, the car shutters a couple times before it picks up and goes. Does anyone have and insite to what could be causing this? I do have a 1 peice aluminum driveshaft, but i never noticed this before.
