Hi Guys

Been looking and found no info on these.
On my 1JZ i run a custom standalone Syvecs ECU and a 60-2 pickup so i don't use the original sensor in the oil pump.

No i'm building a new engine as 1.5JZ and i would like to use the GE pump without the hole for the sensor but i can't find out the volumes.

Thanks guys

Why wouldn't you just run a gte pump?

It's not like you can see the hole and if there is nothing there it's not going to leak. The trigger wheel is on the crank gear for the timing belt.

Also why not just use the 12 tooth gear already there?

It was because i have a brand new GE pump that my friend bought by accident and can't use so as i don't need the sensor i wondered if internally it was the same.

Like i said above i run a different management as the motor is in a BMW

GE pump is throwing money out of the window IMO.
To support a turbo, higher bearing loads and oil cooler, you need a GTE pump to be safe.

Do they have different pn?

If different part numbers then yes they are different. Gte need more flow because of the turbos and oil squirters.
