So i was driving home one night and after doing some power steering work and as i was driving and doin a couple pulls i noticed that the idle jumped up to 1900 almost 2000 rpm. if i revved past 4k it would drop back to normal. after the millionth time i just got pissed pulled over and shut the headlights of and the idle went back to normal.. i kept toggling the headlights leaving the side markers on and with them on it spiked the idle and that symtom is intermittent and cant find the condition where it idles high but without the head lights it runs fine.
