I'm just doing a little research on how to raise the redline to operate at an higher rpm then stock, I know basic stuff you need to do is get better valves, valve springs, retainers, retainer clips, etc...

I like to know what I need(within the valvetrain system) to raise the redline and how high before any block rotating assembly needs work done. Then I what to know how much higher you can raise redline with valvetrain upgrades and block rotating assembly work done? I search for this but wasn't finding anything...

To raise the redline you need to get a Standalone or re map your stock ECU, that is the only way that I know of to raise it.

If you raise it to 7k rpms you should be fine on the stock valve train. Some 264 cams would help keep the power to 7k as well.
