On several of the valve seats I can feel a slight lip in the combustion chamber.
Its not hard to grind it down so it blends in with the chamber but is it something that I need to do or is it a waste of time?
All the other sharp edges has been smothed out.
Intake port on the left has been smothed out but the right one has quite a nasty sharp lip around the edge.

I do not like the egr hole in the number 6 ex port. And sticking a simple plate on the back isnt something I would do. What would you think of a plate with a rod welded on going into the port and the end of the rod is blended into the wall. (all aluminum like the head) Do I see a future chinaman EGR-port blocker? :icon_bigg

Sharp edges in the CC are bad, very bad.

Have a good look at the port side of the seat to make sure it hasn't moved in the head.

All the seats looks to be seated properly in the head.

So Im to go over them with my grinder and gently smooth them out?

Thought about rounding off the squish areas too, so hard too see in the pictures from other members how much to remove. A radius of a couple of mm is that fine? Or is this somethink I should leave as is?
Power goal is say 5-600 on E85.

Yes smooth out any high points in the combustion chamber.
Just use your finger to feel your way around as it is a better guide than your eyes.
Some chambers will be worse than others so try to get them basically the same shape.
You will be rewarded by higher detonation tolerance & slightly better flow

Fredde - Yes, take the sharp edge off the squish. Same for the top of each cylinder.
