valve cover screws -> bolts

I'm doing a cam tower job this weekend, I can't find a thread with this info, its driving me nuts,

I'll probably replace his stock screws with bolts, a lockwasher and a washer.

Buuttttt, I don't know the size.

anyone know it offhand?
