vacuum line for power steering pump, 7mgte

i know one line goes the to the intake accordian hose, but where does the other line go to? Someone told me it goes to one of the nipples on top of the thermostat, but i looked at the diagram on line and it says the canister goes to the nipples on top of the thermostat, then to the throttle body.

yeah so where does the other vacuum line for the power steering pump go? thanks.
