V-Spring brake pad seperator thingy....

Let's go Pens!!
Last weekend I changed out all 4 rotors with drilled/slotted ones. The ones on it were somewhat warped in the front, and I had developed some strange vibrations and such. Also the pads were worn anyway so I of course changed them. While doing this, I found the drivers side rear brake pads was missing one of the little v-shaped springs that keep the pads from riding on the rotors ( I assume). How important is it to have these, and where would I go to get another one? Do you think Toyota would still sell these? By the way, the brakes/rotors work great after breaking them in. And it rides as smooth as a baby's butt again just like 1J said. 3 of the 4 "sliders" at the top of the calipers were rusted up and needed cleaned and freed.

Call a local NAPA parts store and ask for part #82920 to service just the one wheel. To do both rear wheels ask for part #82920A.
