V-Band downpipes (Gauging interest)

How many of you WOULD go T4, but are hesitant due to the whole "NO ONE makes downpipes for them" ?

I can make full stainless steel downpipes for you... it'll just be a JIG copy of the downpipe I currently made.

Somewhere in the $300+ shipping range?




(Ever since I went FFIM I haven't had access to a stock IC pipe route, so that's why my IC pipes idea went out the window... But this I CAN MAKE. )

This is sorta a late response to the thread Outofstep proposed.
But I'm going to have the free time to do these coming up, so anyone who wants to can PM me.

awesome idea, but will this be for turbos coming off the stock mani or turbos coming off of a ebay mani?

Will work for both... but it'll be based of the greddy (back mounted) design.

(It is tight enough to fit all configurations. )

I think your market will be very limited, slight modification in how the turbo sits (a.k.a. spacer) and your downpipe won't fit anymore.

Height was going to be another issue, but could be easily remedied with a adjustable section.


Also about angling:
I thought about that also, but out of all the builds I've seen where people used the SSAC manifold, they didn't bother going large enough to warrant angling of the turbo.

there will be 3" and 4" ss vband downpipes in the market soon, I'll hopefully have a nice 4" to show off in the near* future
