Upgraded CT power question

Hey guys, I have a 54 trim upgraded ct26. I thought the rebuilder fitted a 57 but turns out they installed a 54. Anywho I was wondering how many of you guys have ran one of these? What power levels would be expected from it? I want to shoot for 400hp. My fuel mods are 550s, afpr, and a walbro 255 with 12v mod.

Well I doubt your gonna do 400 unless you go up the boost alot since I normally see 57 trims with supporting mods do 380-410 on like 15-19 pounds of boost. Might be close though.

Possible, but I think you'll be pushing it. 54 is probably good for just a touch under 400 whp. You can check the sj horsepower log on here to see what people have done.

Imo, you can have a ton of fun with that power level. Id focus on getting your existing turbo and engine in great shape and if you've done everything else and the turbo is the weak link, upgrade it.

Yeah thats what I found when searching around. http://www.suprastore.com/ct26turup.html I know that store has a bad rep but it was the only thing I found using google. I was just trying to see if anyone else ran it before deciding on upgrading it to a 57

Wait a minute. Much more importantly, do you have a way to tune? Afpr doesn't count. You need a piggyback to use those 550s.

I appreciate your help man. I'm going to have it tuned mid august so I was just wondering what to expect. If anyone else has any experience, feel free to chime in
