I have an 89 parts car that didn't come with a key when I bought it. Therefore, it is difficult to move around since the wheel is locked. Is there a way to unlock it without a key? I don't see anything in the repair manual about it either. I know the dealership will cut a new one, but I don't have the title either. Will they do it without the title? Any guidance would be appreciated.
