Unhooking PS

Can someone please give a brief run down on unhooking the Power steering? I dont want to break anything Help would be greatly appreciated

Unhook like how? Like to remove for repair or unhook cause you don't want it?

Don't know if you ever drove a supra with now ps but it's very hard to turn at lower speeds!!!!

the belt?

think he means the high pressure line to the rack from the pump, its a pita to get off

probably wants to know so he can go to a local meet (revscene in vancouver, correct?). likely a temporary fix to get rid of the noise from the pump.

you can loop the line, or just remove the belt from the pump. it will be a bitch to steer at low speed, but it will work short term.
