Does anyone use this mbc with CT-26? I've installed one, but there's a weird issue. I don't get the boost until the engine has been running for about an hour. MBC is installed under the bonnet. Could it be somehow related to the temperature? It seems this MBC is just not working (like fully open) when the car hasn't been driven for a while. Maybe it's jammed in opened position and it releases after some while... which is unlikely, because then there should be an overboost.
I know it states "dual port actuator only", but I was able to hook it up like ordinary MBC and it works fine (when it works at all, and I don't know the reason why it shouldn't). Actually I don't know if it's MBC issue at all. Please, don't post if your solution is to change BC or get an electronic one. I'll do so when other priorities are fulfilled.

That shouldn't work with our cars, it's for dual port wastegates only, and we're a single port.

Agree, therefore I'm searching for an answer - why? The thing is it works.. kind of... When I set the boost to 10PSI for the first time, it was working. Put the car for a "sleep", and the other day the Boost was gone. After some driving around it "came" back. :) Now I noticed it happens all the time.
I'm going to get another BC, but I want to nail this question, so I'm confident of the problem.

Here's the link with the similar one:

There's written it will also work for a single port WG.

just an update in case someone has got the same issue - it's working with simple spring-ball mbc without any issues. so don't trust those who are saying double port wg mbc will work for a single port wg - it will, but not the way you wish. after installing a proper mbc and high speed boosting I've got a rod knock... nice , just about 15k after the rebuild ::hang::
