ok so my car was leaking coolant due to bhg or bad freeze plug, so we were taking the parts of and there is a drop of oil sitting inside edge of the turbo, does this mean anything?

If your PCV is still hooked up to the accordion hose... it's most likely from blow by. (Not the turbo.)
