Has anyone used the turbo manifold for the 7mgte from suprasport? I was just wondering if its worth the performance. My exhaust gasket is burnt out so im lookign to replace it and while its off put on a new mani. And another question? Im running the HKS t04e .60 trim and i was wondering about the added wastegate option. dosent that turbo have a internal waste gate? would buying a new turbo manifold with a 40mm wastegate flange and a waste gate with a internal one on the turbo do anything weird lol?

Wait, what? You said you're running that turbo but you don't know if it has an internal gate or not? It's pretty obvious if you just look at the turbo.

and if i got a tubular manifold with a external waste gate would that cause problems?

I just purchased a used boss turbo and the previous owner welded the internal wg closed and removed the actuator. Is there a benefit to using an external wg on this turbo? He modded a factory exhaust manifold to use an external wg on it.

i could see a turbo being a lot less likely crack with out a waste gate, but if yours has an internal wastegate I would keep the stock manifold, doesn't it support a decent power? I may be wrong but i thought i read this somewhere
