I have SupraSport Stage 3 bolt-on turbo (old-style, not BOSS). It is T3/T4 turbo... Exhaust wheel: T3 stage 3 (2.23"/2.56").
Intake wheel: T04E (2.23"/2.95").
I want to upgrade it a litte: exhaust to p-trim (t4) or stage 5 (t3) and intake to 62-1, so I will get something very similar to JT62, that can make 400+ RWHP on pump gas.
But there is small problem: exhaust housing need to be machined so larger wheel can be fitted, and I'm not sure If my turbo-shop can do it...
So, if they can not, are there any sense to put larger compressor wheel with stg. 3 exhaust?
What compressor wheel do you think will be best with stg 3 exhaust? and with "p-trim" exhaust?
My goal is solid 400RWHP on pump gas (low boost, no more than 18psi, I think), full spool-up at 4000-4500. I have all supporting mods needed, of course (MHG, 550cc, walbro, standalone).
