About to fire 7mgte up after storage for as much as 10 years indoors..turbo does spin but is stiff...is this thing going to loosen up once the oil's flowing or should i pull it now and free it up on the workbench?

You could spin it by hand and flush oil through it, might clear up any gunk from being stored. Don't forget the coolant side as well.

I would change the oil before anything and then crank it with efi fuse pulled for 30sec on and off to let starter cool for a few min.

be good idea to flush the coolant out as well, but the coolant is just a passage way in the turbo. doesnt touh and moving parts.
