I have the Lexus/550 mod along with a A.F.P.R. and Walbro fuel pump. I was wondering if I should tune the Lexus/ 550 mod first, then add the Greddy Ultimate and then retune it. Or should I tune everything all at once. I thinking it would be better to tune the Lexus mod first, then that way I would have that portion of it tune then go on to tune the Greddy Ultimate to eliminate conflicting problems between the two.
I'm asking is because, I know you can tune the Lexus mod by it self, so I figure I get that sqaured away first, then do the Greddy. My goal is 400ish H.P. and no, I don't have to have 400 h.p., just what ever this set up will get me, Safely. I have a 57 trim ct/26 along with 3 inch exhaust and boost controller.
Thank you!!

If you plan on doing it, do it all at once. Dyno tuning can rack up a hefty bill quickly, so get it all in then tune it. (unless you're rollin in the dough, in which case why haven't you sent me any yet?)

I'm not sure what "tuning" you do with the lexus afm, but you should definetely do that first before you do real tuning with a fuel computer. If you change anything after the tuning is done, you'll just mess up the fuel map.
