trouble starting

hey all,
just got done replacing my turbo. went to fire it up and it wont start. heres some things to know
only replaced the turbo
did not mess with the engine
ran before my turbo blew up, smoked crazy didnt run it since
did some research and found that CPS could be a problem just want some more feedback.
it is getting fuel.

and i followed the TSRM steps to replace.

did you perhaps forget to plug your coil back in? lol I've done that before

wiggle the cps wires, then try to start. if it starts, cps wires have turned to toast
