Wanting a little insight from people using multiplate clutches and push pull converters

I'm having alot of trouble with my os tripple plate push pull converter r154

It's real difficult to get in to gear like using 2 hands and yanking difficult so I tried adjusting the push pull converter went too far and clutch was fully ingaged the whole time had no drive lol but atleast it was easier to shift

Adjusted again basically back to where it started hard to shift but drivesble again

There Is some more adjustment but just seeing if any1 else had this problem

Trying to track down a stock shifter because I think my short shifter may be exaggerating the hard to shift problem

If you can't shift, it's not adjusted correctly, do NOT force the shifter unless you want to break a shift fork.

Seems to be a lot of trial and error in getting them setup, make sure you have your clutch pedal freeplay set as well (it may change everytime you adjust the pull to push converter). Hopefully there is someone that can give you better pointers.

Yea not currently driving the car at the moment just testing it probly will just let my tuner sort it out I'm sure he will be real pleased lol

I'm off on hols for a while and cars booked in 2 days after I get back I'm sure it's just trial and error won't be that bad for them with a hoist compared to me jacking it up and down rolling on the floor testing ( really tested my patience this afternoon)

Side note was so nice to hear this thing running again gave a Cheeky rev backfired in the garage neighbor walked out to the balcony and gave the thumbs up
