Transgo Shift Kits

Anyone have any experience with these shift kits from Transgo. The Jeep guys seem happy. I don't really see the need for a 1st gear lock (seems like a Jeep thing), but otherwise they seem reputable.

Hi Jon,

I installed one in my Supra, but didn't test yet (build not finished, I cannot see the end :-() .
All I can say is that springs and other things are plug and play, the job was easy (a couple of hours), and instructions were very well done, with picture etc..

I know some people already did that on this board..

I'll keep you tuned with my results

Reynald, thanks for the info. Did you get the reprogramming kit or the shift kit?

Also, if I read it correctly, you can choose street, strip, or truck flavors. Which one did you install?

I got only shift kit: A340 AW4 TRANSMISSION SHIFT KIT A341 A343 TOYOTA JEEP

Because I will use a Suprastick transmission standalone with steering wheel shifting button (Aristo wheel). So if I can electronically program the transmission, no needs to modify valve body further. (If I understand correctly the whole thing)
