Tranny swap quick question

Ok so like i just bought a sc300 1jz engine with auto tranny and wiring harness for 900 bucks locally! I need to know if i can use the 1jz auto wiring harness and the ECU for my R154 tranny swap. I know i need the 1jz bellhousing and a 7m clutch kit but is there anything else?

Searched already on forums and couldnt find a thing!

no it's not my supra on my avatar. It's a mk3 with a 2 mk4 tailights put together. I thought it was funny! Oh and thanks for reply!
