so i just picked up an 87 na auto for my girlfrined. the car used to run great. then it just randomly died and wouldnt start again. when i turn the key on, no cel is present and the tach doesnt work when i go to crank it over. im getting code 41 which is for the tps. can the tps cause the cel not to come on when the key is in the "on" position and keep the car from running? if i hit the gas while cranking it the cel will come on again and the car will start.
