Is there any possible connection between running rich and the TPS needing adjustment? I am getting 21 and 51 for codes and am trying to figure out how to solve what's going on. I have put on a new TPS and am wondering if I need to adjust etc.

The adjustment solved the code 51 but I am still getting a code 21. Anyone know reasons this would be the case and where I should begin looking?
