so i have a code 51 and i've read the sticky by jetjock and all but when i check for the resistance between E2 and IDL nothing happens, it just reads 1 the whole time. so i took the TPS off and checked for resistance again and it deflects right before its fully turned. so is it not able to fully rotate while on the throttle body which in turn doesn't give me the deflection its supposed to? any help is appreciated.
