Tough allen wrench bolts

Anybody have any tips for getting a tough allen wrench bolt to budge? I just got a new mirror for my car and it looks great but I need to adjust it and the damn bolt won't budge worth shit, it's new so it's not like it's rusted in or anything, but my allen wrench is damn near stripped to shit from this thing and I even tried using an extension to get more leverage but the bolt won't even budge. :1zhelp:

try a bigger size allen wrench socket? im not 100% sure =/

If you have liquid wrench, spray the bolt with it. I use it for anything that thinks its cooler than my sockets.

When I encounter an allen that is stripped and won't budge I use an automatic center punch at an angle and keep rotating it's position so that as I'm trying top get it to rotate from the shock from the prick from the punch. Keep in mind an automatic center punch is not the kind you strike with a hammer, its a spring loaded device uesd in metal working shops. I have always been succesful using this tool for this purpose especially on stinking button head cap screws. In the future always use some type of thread lubricant weather is loctite purple dot thread locker (not permanent) or nickle anti-seize and you'll never encounter this again, No bolt nut or screw shoul be assembled dry unless there's very special reason.
