Torn Lower ctrl arm bushing.

I have the energy sus polly kit. I noticed after my last track event that left side lower ctrl arm bushing are torn Like the back is ripped off allowing the arm to move abit. Unsure how or why it happened But I need to fix the cause of it. also the right side is fine. Check out the vid below.

Looks like too much braking force combined with suspension movement allowed the arm to slowly cut the bushing shoulder off. All you can do is replace the bushings (I'd do all the LCA bushings) and smooth the control arm surfaces as to help prevent them from doing the same thing. Have you hot any potholes or had to panic stop recently?

Further in, I'd check your sleeves to see if they're seized onto the inner surface of the bushings, as the bushing shouldn't be rotating on the outside diameter in the first place, which might indicate a lubrication/corrosion failure as the core cause of your woes.
