IF they are adjustable then they should have instructions with them, honestly though I have never heard of that shit, you cannot lower a car with stock springs unless you cut them and that ruins your car so DO NOT CUT THEM. If ya want to lower the car and gain performance a coil over kit is the way to go, I bought Eibach lowering springs and tokico Illumina 2's as well as ST Sway bars to replace my suspension setup when my stock shocks went bad, mainly because I didn't need a coil over system so the price didn't make sense to me, coil overs generally start at 900 to 1,000.

I don't know what you boughT, but I can almost guarantee they are tokico Illumina 2's. If thats the case then you need a set of lowering springs, like the eibachs that came with my suspension kit. I bought the kit from Suprastore.com came with set of lowering springs (Eibach's they do like 1 inch in front and half inch in the rear), tokico Illumina 2 TEMS Struts, and front and rear suspension techniques sway bars all for $900.00

I have the tokicos dude and you need lowering SPRINGS the struts wont lower it at all and the TEMS doesnt do anything to lower the car it just makes them respond to bumps differently. To make install short the smaller struts w/ the metal tabs for the brake lines go up front the other big ones go on the back.

When you install them the top of the strut has what looks like a flat pin at the very top where the TEMS selenoid fits on. The flat pin should be turned to full firm when before you put the selenoids back on. So set them w/ the narrow sides pointing towards the two studs where you bolt down the selenoid.

example ( imagine the circles are the studs and the dash is the pin)
O - O

do the same w/ the selenoids and your good to go.
