Timing Belt Tensioner Spring Ratings

Would anyone know what the T-Belt spring is rated at?

I found that the overall length is 69mm but can't seem to find anything on it's max load or other ratings.

Why would you need to know? If it's worn, it's free length will increase, marking it for replacement.

1) Parts for this car/engine are becoming hard to find
2) I'd like to be able to source this simple part from other suppliers than Toyota
3) I'd like to get a spring with a hair more tension

The spring is used only to set the tension, it's not an auto tensioner. It's cheap as hell from toyota (around $5)

Yes, the spring does nothing. The bolt through the center of the pulley holds the tension on the belt.
