time to buy fluids

so its time to buy fluids for my 1JZ swap... engine/tranny have 72,000km

couple questions re capacities;

Koyo rad - 1 jug of OEM red or 2? and distilled/dionized water

engine oil capacity ? weight? going to run a short term oil change since it has been sitting for a couple years...

transmission R154 - capacity /type /weight?

power steering system - OEM MA70 cooler setup - capacity?

diff is now filled with Ford diff fluid/friction modifier (220,000km)

AC system is getting R12A (i think) redtek most likely -- capacity?

I run 6qts redline 5/30.
Redline mt90

Stock coolant capacity is 1gal coolant 1 gal distilled water. So you will prolly need more. Little more water won't hurt.

Ps system depending on what your doing for a cooler. Qt maybe a little more.
