The tps Autozone carries is o.e.m. You pull it out of the box, and it says "Toyota" right on it. I think I paid around $90 for it...

The GTE and GE sensors are, indeed, clocked different, and are NOT interchangeable. You could compare the original one to the one you buy, to make sure its the right part...

I'm gonna be doing a NA-T soon. Is a 7mgte TPS something I should look at for the conversion?

You'll only need the GTE TPS if you're converting over to the GTE intake with GTE throttle body.
