Throttle body bolts ONE MISSING HELP ????

well i did my plugs like i have been saying for a while and i was removing the bolts holing the throttle body on and noticed one missing, well i have posted before my car was running crappy thats why i changed plugs well they helped a little but i still need to get a bolt tommrow could extra air thats unmetered geting in mess with the car??????? even if its a little

One bolt missing out of 4 is a very good invitation for a vacuum leak.
