Thoughts about 11B plugs?

Any thoughts about these? Looks interesting. Would they fit or mess with compression?

I dont think it would mess with compression a noticeable amount. Im not sure but it looks like they might actually clear the piston, Im going to try to pick a set up tonight and see if my pistons jam the electrode to shit!
