my reason for posting in the technical section is to ask wether the crankshaft is the same in a turbo and non-turbo supra's. I know they change i think around 89 but im talking a 87 N-A crank in a 87 turbo motor. What sucks is that tonight I threw a bearing and im gonna have to tear my supra apart. Which puts me in a bind cause I go to school 3 hours away and will leave in 2.5 weeks. I have actually replaced a crankshaft before (on my N/A) so I think I could get it done, but Im also considering putting a MHG in at the same time. Any input is apreciated, thanks for the help

Any 7M crank will work, doesn't even matter about year. 1990-92 models had counterbalances on #2 and #5, so they are heavier, but should be smoother.

Will still work, but that's not really the issue at hand, heh, the Turbo and N/A cranks are identical.
