I was at the auction and there is a 1990 mk3 ga70 with of course the 1G-GTE in it with 110,000 km. I currently have the 1989 supra 7m-gte, but it has rust in the wheel wells and a lil here and there! SO i got all excited when i seen this supra until i realized it had the 1G in it. Just wondering if it would be worth getting, i just worried about the feeling of no 7m torque! but the body has no specs of rust

Correct me if im wrong.. but werent all GA70s narrowbody's? Other than that.. id just yank out the 1G and put in a engine of your preference.. id ditch the 1g cause of parts availability though..

If its in good shape.. pick it up! :D

Yea i was thinking i cant go from the 7m but the body is excellent! But as i was reading about them i dont think it even has ABS although it would make it lighter its around 3200lbs. ANd then the parts availability sux and to change the engine over would be a hassel. I noticed on the 1G it said yamaha on the timing belt cover?:icon_conf
