ANd these are mine:
1. Can the manual transmission be filled from where the shifter mounts?
2. What is the preferred tranny fluid?
3. Is there a preferred clutch/PS fluid?
4. Where does the heater VSV get it's vacuum source from?
5. Does anyone have a petcock that they're not using?
6. Is there an ideal place to mount the battery cable ground (negative) to the block?
7. Is there a preferred location for the remote oil filter mount?

Yes

85w90, std or synthetic

3. Is there a preferred clutch/PS fluid?

Clutch fluid, I use dot4 brake fluid. PS fluid should ALWAYS be ATF

4. Where does the heater VSV get it's vacuum source from?

From the back of the intake mani, 1/16" nipple

5. Does anyone have a petcock that they're not using?

Napa auto does...

6. Is there an ideal place to mount the battery cable ground (negative) to the block?

Yes, there is a flat spot towards the front of the block, drivers side, right above the oil pan next to the motor mount

7. Is there a preferred location for the remote oil filter mount?

Don't know

#7, most people mount it below the passenger side headlight, fogligh assembly. that's where mine is.

Oil cooler ?: I have a Koyo radiator with an auto tranny fluid cooler inside but am using a man trans. CAN I use this cooler for engine oil instead of purchasing, plumbing and installing an aftermarket cooler?
