here is the trailer http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1qIGDYrUQ7s

It's a car / drama/ romance/ teen movie from 1986 called "the Wraith". I thought it was really cool even though its an 80's b movie with a few bad lines and a few other small isssues but its well worth a look if you haven't seen it. "The Wraith" normally means a spirit and most times its considered evil, but in the movie the wraith appears in a town after a boy is killed by a gang that street races for slips then runs the owners off the road or worse in order to win to strip the cars. very interesting twists and turns insue, film features Charlie Sheen in brief spurts, Sherrylin Fenn, and Randy Quaid as well as young clint howard. I hope you guys have seen it or maybe like it. If not check out the trailer i posted anyways, ya may be suprised. Featured a black dodge interceptor turbo, a car only built in number of 7 and only appearing in this movie and a few events, never produced and not much racing for it either. Featured a 2.2 litre blueprinted chrysler block with a cosworth 16V DOHC head and twin garret t-25 turbochargers pumping out 440hp and rocketing to a stock 12.9 sec 1/4 mile and a 0-60 of 4.1 seconds. Not bad. Looks cool too with its rare PPG 16 coats mettalic pearl black paint with a hint of bronze in it.

I mean its a b movie but I like all the romero shit and stuff, its fun movie and a cool concept, I actually am writing a script I doubt it will ever come around but it is similar concept to this but much more realistic, dark, and cool. WISH ME LUCK I Guess and yes it involves a black mk4 with limo tint and black volk TE37 rims

yeah but my 82 corolla could kill people...the cool thing about Wraith is that the car that comes back as the hero is an unkown...it adds to the mystery, drama, etc... a mkiv is blaze' now...boring etc...

LOL Dude it's hard to find an unknown these days I guess you could use a weyron or a Bugatti or something but its hard, lots of people are more knowledgable these days, My idea was a bit more down to earth yet out there anyways, If you read my script it would make more sense, think of it as red asphalt meets the wraith meets the punisher, LOL. I thought to have a Bk TRD widebody with tailights refitted to be stock looking but be LED and HID heads, red marker lights front and rear, and Black volk TE37 rims, it would be cool because its a reincarnation as well as the persons involved. I'd have it take place in a smaller town but not in the desert. It would be a little more graphic too and shocking maybe even with the death scene at the beggining, I just think its good, a lot of people who have read parts think its a cool idea, I only finished the first 3 scenes. Maybe 13 minutes or so on film but I work on it in spurts, get some ideas ya know. This movie is a lot of inspiration yes its b movie 80's chesse but a good idea at the core.

Chrysler is supposedly planning to possibly release a street production car based on the old MS4, may be called the turbo interceptor, interceptor, or possibly just the chrysler 2000. Looks similar to the car from the wraith and would be equipped with an all aluminum rev crazy I4 DOHC engine with yet again a cosworth head, maybe rival the viper as top dawg in Dodge, but hey most concepts never hit the street or the shows so I am not holding my breath.
